For the upcoming 2026-27 academic year, POCO will be running auditions for general membership and for our Spring production of Cosi fan tutte concurrently!
THE AUDITION FORM IS LIVE HERE! Auditions will be run Sep 12-13, details for signing up for times are available in the form.
To audition, please prepare one aria/song in any language or style. While an art song or aria in Italian is preferred, prioritize choosing a song appropriate to your voice type and that you feel comfortable with! Piano accompaniment will be provided in the audition room.
For singers interested in a named role in our Spring production of Cosi fan Tutte, please prepare the role’s corresponding aria excerpt, which can be found in this folder. If you are interested in auditioning for multiple roles (e.g. Fiordiligi and Despina), please prepare the corresponding excerpts for each role you are auditioning for.
For those interested in auditioning for the orchestra, please contact Yizhe Sun (as3881@princeton.edu), our music director.
For those interested in joining the production team, please contact Giovanni Nigro (gn7788@princeton.edu), our executive producer.
