Synopsis:

In Menotti’s one act opera ‘Amelia Goes to the Ball’, brouhaha ensues when  the young Milanese socialite Amelia, her husband, and pesky lover find themselves caught in a love triangle. Amid the mayhem, all Amelia wants to do is go to the ball.
